Online registration is closed for the 2022-2023 faith formation year. 

You also need to submit an opt out form if you prefer they not recieve the Teaching Touching Safety lesson.

Registration is not complete until you have submitted the following forms:

We are required by the Diocese to teach a child safety lesson every year. We usually do this in October during a part of their faith formation class. Your child will be taught this lesson unless you sign the Opt Out form.Teaching Touching Safety Opt Out form. Go here  to review the lesson.

Faith Formation Fees: 
One child - $40
Two children - $70
Three or more children - $110

Sacramental preparation fees: These are separate fees and are not included in the multi-child fee. If you only have one child and he/she is receiving First Communion or Confirmation you only have to pay the Sacramental preparation fee. Please note that if your child did not attend the prior year of faith formation at our parish you will need to submit a letter from your previous parish verifying your child's attendance in order to enroll for a sacramental prep class. Also, if your child is in the third grade-fifth grade, or in the tenth grade or beyond and has had no prior faith formation you cannot enroll in the sacramental preparation class. You will need to contact Nancy Kuffel directly to discuss your family's options.

First Holy Communion sacramental fees: $60 per child
Confirmation sacramental and retreat fees: $75 per child

Fees due at time of registration. Please make checks payable to St. Theresa the Little Flower. You may also pay ONLINE HERE. If you are registering your child for a Sacrament you MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF THIER BAPTISM CERTIFICATE. Your child will not be allowed to attend class unless we have this.
