Registration Instructions

  1. Click on the link above to get to the auction page.

  2. Below EVENT DETAILS, look for GET STARTED. Enter your 10 digit mobile number & click NEXT.

  3. A pop-up window appears & asks for additional information. Once completed, click SUBMIT REGISTRATION.

  4. If you’re on a computer – enter the 6 digit code texted to your mobile phone.

    If you’re on a mobile device – just tap the link included in the text.

That’s it – you’re registered!!!

Auction Lingo

Auction Item – Items in this category can be bid on until the close of the auction. This year, there is not an option to purchased an item outright.

Chance – Items in this category require the purchase of at least ONE CHANCE at winning that item – purchase as many chances as you wish (think of it like a raffle ticket for that item.)

NO BIDS – Items in this category have not yet been bid on.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Q: When can I register for the Online Auction?

    A: The auction link will be published on Thursday, September 18, 2025. If you need assistance, please contact the parish office at 843-875-5002.

  2. Q: When will the Online Auction open for bidding?

    A: Bidding will begin at 12 noon, Saturday, September 20, 2025.

  3. Q: When will bidding close?

    A: Saturday, September 27th at 4:00pm

  4. Q: I don’t want to constantly check the items I’m interested in to see if I’ve been outbid. What can I do?

    A: Since the auction is online, you can set a maximum bid that you are willing to pay for the item. The computer will do the bidding for you if someone else outbids you, up to your maximum bid.

  5. Q: How can I tell which items I’ve placed bids on?

    A: All items you bid on will appear in your MY ACTIVITY tab, as well as whether you’re the highest bidder or if you’ve been outbid.

  6. Q: How do I pay for the items I won?

    A: The credit card you entered when registering will automatically be charged for the total of the items you won/purchased.

  7. Q: When and where do I pick up my items?

    A: Items will be available for pick up after each Mass on Sunday, September 28th in the Parish Office or by appointment with the Parish Office.

  8. Q: Can I share the Auction link with others?

    A: Yes, please do! Please note that we do not ship items, so they must be picked up.

Online Auction Bidding Info & Tips 

  • At noon on Saturday, September 20th, bidding will OPEN! 

  • Items available for bidding can be found under the AUCTION ITEMS tab.

  • Also under the CHANCE tab, chances to win various items such as gift cards or a catered dinner for 25 people!!! At the end of the auction, the computer will randomly select a winner for each individual item. Think of these purchases like you would a raffle ticket and purchase as many chances as you’d like. 

  • The credit card that you use to register will be automatically charged at the end of the auction for all items won, and all chances purchased under the chance tab. No other form of payment (cash or check) will be accepted. 

  • The Auction will close at 4pm on Saturday, Sept 27th. Winning bidders will receive a text or email stating the items that they have won. All items may be picked up from the Parish Office on SUNDAY, Sept 28th from 9-10:30am, 12-1pm, and 2:30-3:30pm.
