Parish Festival Vendors
Become A Vendor
Vendor spaces will not be guaranteed without all required forms and payment. The required forms are: a completed “Vendor Registration” form and a signed “Hold Harmless Indemnity” form with insurance certificate.
Early Bird registration is $50.00. All forms mentioned above and payment must be received by May 29 to receive this discount.
Registration After May 29 is $75. All forms mentioned above and payment must be received to guarantee a vendor space.
Registration ends when all spaces are filled or at the close of business on September 4, 2026, whichever comes first.
The parish reserves the right to limit registration of vendors offering similar products. The parish is not accepting food or beverage vendors.
Vendor space requests will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
Each vendor space is approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft. and is not transferable.
Each vendor must supply their own table, tent, canopy, chairs, and hot-spots. Battery packs or quiet generators are allowed.
There are no indoor vendor spaces. This is an outdoor event.
St. Theresa’s is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring on the property; and, reserves the right to deny participation to vendors not complying with event requirements.
Completed, signed forms and payments are due no later than close of business on Friday, September 4, 2026.
Payment can be made by cash or check written to: “St. Theresa Catholic Church” with “Parish Festival” in the Memo Line. Payments by all major credit cards can be made by phone.
Forms and payments are accepted at St. Theresa’s Parish Office. Hours are Monday – Thursday 9:30am – 3:00pm and Friday 9:30am – 12:30pm.
Set up is from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. the morning of the festival.
