Parish Festival Vendors

Become A Vendor

  • Vendor spaces will not be guaranteed without all required forms and payment. The required forms are: a completed “Vendor Registration” form and a signed “Hold Harmless Indemnity” form with insurance certificate

  • Early Bird registration is $50.00. All forms mentioned above and payment must be received by May 30th to receive this discount.

  • Registration After May 30th is $75. All forms mentioned above and payment must be received to guarantee a vendor space.

  • Registration ends when all spaces are filled or at the close of business on Monday, September 8, 2025, whichever comes first.

  • The parish reserves the right to limit registration of vendors offering similar products.

  • Vendor space requests will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

  • Each vendor space is approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft. and is not transferable.

  • Each vendor must supply their own table, tent, canopy, chairs, and hot-spots.

  • There are no indoor vendor spaces.  This is an outdoor event.

  • St. Theresa’s is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring on the property; and, reserves the right to deny participation to vendors not complying with event requirements.

  • Completed, signed forms and payments are due no later than close of business on Monday, September 8, 2025.

  • Payment can be made by cash or check written to: “St. Theresa Catholic Church” with “Parish Festival” in the Memo Line.  Payments by all major credit card can be made by phone.

  • Forms and payments are accepted at St. Theresa’s Parish Office.  Hours are Monday – Thursday 9:30am – 3:00pm and Friday 9:30am – 12:30pm.
